This weekend is the holiday weekend - Canada Day. As you can probably imagine, we're super busy at work, pumping out the rental cars.
It's well known that Toronto is Canada's biggest city - our New York if you will. In large cities a large percentage of the population relies on public transportation and they don't own a vehicle. Therefore on holidays weekends when everyone wants to get away, these people all want rental vehicles. That's a scenario that easily understood right? Well, why is it that the people who live in these big cities don't understand that their fellow citizens want to do the same and were smart about it... and actually called ahead and booked in advance. If I have to tell one more stupid Toronto residence "That is correct, we ARE sold out for the holiday weekend", I'm going to go nuts!
Come in, take your shoes off, sit back and put your feet up!

lol lol kelly. i feel your pain. this week is sure busy, and i, for one seasoned agent, am glad it is friday. gawd. the stupid that is stuck in my head, i can't even shake it out. lol.
i hope you have a rest this weekend. did you get drafted to work on sunday? i did not, nor did i volunteer the one day off a week that i still call my own. as for OT, fack that too. dow if they were soliciting for ERs, that would be a different story, now wouldn't it?
